I am on a personal adventure in finding out who I am apart from my military career and pre-stroke years. Between the stroke and the loss of my eldest son, I fell into a malaise that I am digging out of. I enjoy reading, writing, photography, and taking adventures, even if it is in my own backyard. Photography used to be my main hobby, but now so many things I used to find joy in doing just don't hold the same candlelight anymore. I haven't had someone I actually wrote by hand since the early 80s, which brings me here. I am journaling, writing short stories, and crafting my storytelling.
