I registered here because I had been on other sites and they ended up full of scammers, I think here it's a better place than others because there is real people and it's easy to find penpals & exchange languages.

Global Pen friends is a great way to find pen pals from around the world! As well as being safe. I singed up to not only help me learn a language,but also make a friend while doing so.
