The overall idea is really good. But you could bring some UX improvements. Make it more obvious how to use the ‘post received’ ‘post sent’ feature. The members who gave permission for their address to be used for snail mail credits forget and then they get super surprised when they received a letter. Make it more prominent as well. I inderstand the business model of display ads, but on mobile it almost blocks certain touch areas that are important to the flow. So give more space and overlap less the banners with the essential actions. But overall I really like the platform.
After a hard beginning I finally got the profile done. Now, to find friends. Can’t wait to find a pen pal. Totally looking forward to getting started.
