Global Penfriends is a great app for making new friends and learning about different cultures. I have made a great friend on here and it is amazing that by writing letters you can really feel conected to a person even though they live far away. I think that the app is well layed out and easy to navigate. If one thing could be changed, for me it would be to have something that pops up saying 'are you sure you want to delete your profile'(or something like that) because once I was trying to modify my profile but acidentaly clicked on 'delete profile' and that was it, my profile was gone. It would be good to have some kind of confirmation before one deletes their profile, just incase of acidents. Overall I think Global Penfriends is a great website.

Over the years I’ve used Global Penpals to find me new friends to connect with from around the world and learn about where they live, and forming lasting friendships…. I still keep in touch with one from 2015! When I was at school in the 1970s I used to have over half a dozen penpals (sourced from a specialist newsletter through the post) from all over the world. Having lost touch with them over the years I wanted to rekindle an enjoyable hobby.
