The website is quite easy to navigate. Would like a smaller character limit on profile though. Another nice feature would be an option to add ways to get into contact like email, discord, Instagram or whatsapp.

Hi, I have been doing penpals for some time now and i really love getting to know knew people all around the world. I also looovee to travel and I am fluent in 5 different languages including english, french, german, portuguese and luxembourgish
The overall idea is really good. But you could bring some UX improvements. Make it more obvious how to use the ‘post received’ ‘post sent’ feature. The members who gave permission for their address to be used for snail mail credits forget and then they get super surprised when they received a letter. Make it more prominent as well. I inderstand the business model of display ads, but on mobile it almost blocks certain touch areas that are important to the flow. So give more space and overlap less the banners with the essential actions. But overall I really like the platform.
Recommended, except that a friend I write letters to has been blocked, and now I don't know her last name to send the letter to, and I really liked her!
If this was an app it would be a lot easier to use and you would have even more people using it. Love it!
