I love this website since I can easily find so many penpals! It’s easy to use and pretty safe which is great. The only thing I don’t like are the ads when using the site for free!

The overall idea is really good. But you could bring some UX improvements. Make it more obvious how to use the ‘post received’ ‘post sent’ feature. The members who gave permission for their address to be used for snail mail credits forget and then they get super surprised when they received a letter. Make it more prominent as well. I inderstand the business model of display ads, but on mobile it almost blocks certain touch areas that are important to the flow. So give more space and overlap less the banners with the essential actions. But overall I really like the platform.
I've gotten to know some really nice people, and I'm learning a lot through messaging. I'm really enjoying it.
Growing up i struggled with talking to people face to face but having a site where i don't have to be face to face really helps and it feels much calmer than public xx
