Around a year or two ago, I met a girl from France on this site and we chatted online for a while, realising we had lots in common and that it was really fun to chat about differences in Scottish and French culture, music, food, school etc. We sent each other physical mail and i still have the pictures she sent and the zine she made me up on my wall. We now text and voice message every couple weeks!!! So glad I used globalpenfriends!!!

Great website with lots of features, but you need to pay for extra things which such as seeing who viewed you seeing when they where last on the website messaging a certain amount of times.
AMAZING site, it allowed me to meet new people and discover a new hobby which is writing letters and penpaling in general, the feeling of getting a message with gifts, bracelets, photos from a person from the other side of the world is just magical.
