Having inbox viewing increase for the free membership would be an improvement; does not have to be a major increase but a bit more would be great. Also being able to view members who are active often would be tremendous as well in order to help with beginning conversations.

It's easy to meet people for friendship using the different options on the site. Whether you like to penpal by mail or email.

A lot of nice people to meet. Seems like a nice virtual place to get to know new friends. I like the visual of the website too.
