This is the only website that i could use for free and that wasn't sketchy or weird. It is safe and works for free I have found people on here that I am penpals with right now!

It's a little hard to actually find a penpal on here since most people just stop replying after a week. But once you establish a good friendship it is very nice and people are kind on here. It just depends on the person really.
