It has taken awhile. I signed up in 2022 and had forgotten about this site. Someone saw my profile and sent me a message and we are corresponding! It is quite exciting and fun.

Thanks to the care in reviewing the profiles to ensure that everyone here is looking for penpals (online or for snail mail), this is a really safe place to connect with people.

And if you got more penpals than you can handle, you can remove your profile from the search engine but keep your messages and your contacts.

It was so quick and easy and a lot of fun to find a friend to exchange stories with on the other side of the world.
