I would recommend GPF's entirely as it's a safe site well moderated by admin. Historically scammers like to operate in these places but they are generally removed pretty fast. I've made some good friends on here so they have done their job as advertised.

I joined Global penfriends because i wanted to find a pen pal from a different country and its amazing i love it, we've been sending letters back and forth for a couple of months now, She lives on the other side of the world and this website just amazes me on how safe it is and its capeabilities!
