I joined this website to find snail mail pen pals, and I've found multiple friends! Such a fun experience!

This is probably the best place on the internet to find genuine well meaning individuals and make lasting connections with people who not only share common interests but provide interesting new perspectives from around the world.

I was most cautious when I first joined here, somewhat worried about spam mail and scammers, etc, however, my nerves quickly settled. and on even better notice, I have managed to make so many friends I've known for years now, and the people on this site are just so nice! couldn't recommend more.
