I've been away but always come back to Global Penfriends. I'm delighted to be back again. Looking forward to meeting new friends across the Globe.

This is the first pen pal site I signed in and I liked it immediately. I have made many friends already and wondered why I didn´t do this sooner. Global Penfriends is easy to use and fast way to connect people.

I made some wonderful friends and since I joined this website I am still in touch with many friends and made some amazing friends. You just need to be cautious with some ppl otherwise wonderful website.

Love this website, great for chatting to new people online or finding people to correspond through letters. I've met some amazing people from all over the world, some of which I've found a real connection. I'd highly recommend everyone try if penpalling is something that interests them. I've tried a lot of websites and apps and this is by far the best!

Short Version: Great Website, Great Moderation, Many People, and Free!
Only criticism which is also a benefit is 1 messaging credit per 12 hours, but it's better than 1 per day. As this prevents people from sending scam and inappropriate messages to many people before being banned/blocked.

GPF has a large community like other Pen-pal websites. It's specialty is the means and amount of communication you can have. There is a great function where you can send a “smile” to anyone you want, but only one per person. I like to use this to tell people “Hey do you want to chat?” Because of the one Credit/12hrs it encourages choosing your person you want to get a message carefully. But also allows for a sort of indirect communication which is nice and free.

I recommend anyone searching for an online platform to meet, talk to, and learn new cultures to give this site a try!

A great platform to find correspondence of different kinds. You have easily state your preferences by marking the tick boxes. It is easy to manage and the free account provides enough access.
