Great site to meet casual overseas penpals! Its kind of hard to get a dialogue going since its very easy drop sending letters (just the nature of sending snail mail) by if you stick with it youre bound to come out the other side with a friend :)

I love this site because it allowed me to meet people, including one of my English friends with whom I often speak by mail!
