I've been using GPF for a long time, and for two years now have even stepped up to the premium. Overall, the people here are very friendly. I've made at least two or three really amazing friends here who have become remarkable, true friends!

If you genuinely want to make a friendship or exchange language tips/etc, then you should join up. It's definitely worth sifting through the tons of profiles, when you manage to find one or two people who you end up being able to really just enjoy chatting with/snail mailing, and so forth.

The best thing about GPF by far, is that it is an incredibly safe and secure site. The way they protect against scammers and creepy people is top notch. In the years I've used it, I've only been contacted by one fake or suspicious account, and it was quickly removed when I logged in the next day.

In short: Global Pen Friends is a friendly, well-structured, and extremely safe and secure system to connect to! Highly recommended!

Great site for people wishing to correspond via snail mail. They do a good job filtering out the spammers/scammers that are often too prevalent on similar platforms.
