I wish that you could message people more easily with the free version but was still able to find a great penpal through here :)

I love the different ways that people can interact with one another. And there are so many wonderful and interesting people from all over the world on this site, it's epic ! I would love to find people based on common interest, though.

Definitely seems to be the most spam and scam free penpal site. It's the best I've come across, in that respect. Met some nice penpals, so far, and I find the penpal match finder service really useful, too!
