I like Global Penfriends ! It really is a friendship site (not necessary dating oriented) and also the limitation of free mails means the scamers are not here !!!!

I've found a lot of friendly e-mail pals from here and learnt a lot about different cultures. It is quite a safe and concise website that is easily navigable by people of all ages.

I have been a member for years and I have made many long lasting friendships through this site! It's the best site out of all them!
