It was a time in my life I wanted to connect with people. As a single mother I did not have time or energy to socialize. I missed having people around. I was used to having family and friends around often. Surfing the internet and looking for a pen friend site brought me Global Penfriends and it changed those lonely times into fun times. I have made so many friends and it is a constant joy to exchange e-mails and snail mail. What a wonderful world has enfolded.
I have made friends for life! Finding friends all over the world enriched my life and also enhanced my curiosity to know more about other countries and people and their customs.
