I've tried a few sites and social media groups for pen pals. Global Penfriends is by far the best for making legitimate connections! Of course there have been one or two who seemed like a good match and flaked, but I've made a few meaningful connections with lots of letters and communication. This is the only site I can recommend to others looking to match pen pal connections.

I think it’s amazing for meeting friends from abroad, whether abroad means out of your state/province or out of your country! I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s been incredible. Thank you so much for allowing me to meet and make so many friends safely ❤️

I've been using this site since about 2023 and so far it has not let me done. I highly suggest this site if you are looking for pen pals.
