Jāņi celebrations
Its a country tradition where we celebrate the longest day, and the shortest night, (the day that summer is starting)(solstice)we jump over campfires, sing, play, and dance to traditional songs, eat cheese, and play games! We are usually up all night, since the night is only 3-5 hours long, we wait for the sun to rise up!
