Yellow Cheese Curd (Sárgatúró)

Sárgatúró is an Easter dessert typical in North-Eastern Hungary. It is made of eggs, milk, sugar and raisins. It is a kind of weet scrambled eggs and it is delicious. Once the milk boiled we add the eggs and we cook the dish until we get a curd-like condition. Finally, we put it in a linen dress in order to filter the remaining whey. We can sprinkle it with cinnamon, for example.
