Ice Skating in the backyard

During winter when it’s cold out, lots of people in my town put like tarps on their backyards and fill it with water then overnight, it freezes then they have an ice rink in their backyard. Also when there’s ice on the road or there’s a frozen pond or something, people just skate on it and play hockey. Note: not my image.
