Turtle Race

My town is very skee yee. Every year at the Fourth of July, kids find turtles and decorate the shells (approves decorations that won’t hurt them and their shells!). They then put them in a circle enclosure inside a bigger circle, and then they pick up the big circle enclosure allowing the turtles to move outside. The first turtle to cross the finish line wins.
