Zserbó (Gerbeaud) cake

Zserbó is a delicious Hungarian cake made with yeast-raised pastry. It has several layers of walnut cream with apricot jam with chocolate coating on the top. Zserbó adopted the then French owner's name, Gerbeaud of the patisserie where this cake was born.
