About Belgrade

Belgrade is a very livelz place with many history ,the name stems from the words Beli/Bela(white) and grad(city) .Its called white city because of a famous fortress(its name is Kalemegdan) thats localed here it used to be white but its faded to brown now ,due to age. Belgrades architecture stems from Austria ,Hungary,Russian (communist era) and Serbia. Though true out the years its been geting more modern so you see old buildings next to new ones so the whole town is a bit chaotic. What i like to do is visit our muesums and the fortress since its in the open with many parks inside ,and visit the botanical garden we have in town so i can draw.
