Festa Junina | June Fest

Festa Junina, also known as feast of Saint John, is a very popular tradition in Brasil that happens during winter. It happens in every city, and regards tradition from the countryside, being similar to county fairs. There is a lot of traditional music, games, food tents and we also organize a square dance, which is french tradition but somehow it is very popular in my country! I must admit my favorite part of it is FOOD (LOL)! The main ones are barbecue, candy apple, corn on the cob, popcorn, peanut brittle and sweet corn cake.
