Jibara latina in Puerto Rico

Jibara is a traditional Puerto Rican cultural way of being. They usually dressed in long flowing skirts with flower print and an off the shoulder shirt. It originated when africans, Spaniards and Taíno indigenous people combined their culture to be one population. That is what a Jibara is made up off. ?
