Homecoming dance

Homecoming is a dance durning the fall that all high schools in the U.S do to celebrate their football team! There is a homecoming football game, then a few days after there is a dance. Usually you bring a date to the dance, but lots of people go in groups. Girls buy a boutonniere, and guys buy a corsage. Everyone comes dressed really nice. Usually Homecoming dresses are shorter. Then you dance the night away!
