Feria de San Roman

It takes place in the old neighborhood of San Román, where the image of a Christ of Italian manufacture carved in ebony wood arrived on 14 September 1565. The Christ is lowered from his altar to bring him closer to the parishioners, who kiss his feet to obtain the blessing of the slender figure. Pilgrimages through the streets of the neighborhood flood the population with joy while, in the surroundings, mechanical games fill with fun in this ingrained tradition
