The Day of the Dead

The Day of the Dead is such an event in all Mexico. On this day, we celebrate our beloved ones, who have died, come and visit us at night (November 1st and November 2nd), eat their favourite food and go back to heaven. For them to eat their favourite food, we put up altars. Nowadays, the altars are kind of small, but the original ones are big and everything there is a symbol. Additionally, this is the perfect moment to eat "pan de muerto" and we also put them on the altars for our beloved ones.
