Coxinha

As I said in my profile, what I like most in my country is the food. And something that has in every corner of Brazil is "coxinha", a crunchy pastry stuffed with chicken (which sometimes comes with cheese) and that is in all Brazilian schools and in all parties. Rich or poor and independent of regional culture, every Brazilian has eaten coxinha at some point.
