The (Gerga’aan)

The (Gerga’aan) is a three day celebration in the middle of Ramadan. It is similar in concept to Halloween. Children go around the neighborhood singing songs to get candy. We all dress in traditional clothes and give out candy to kids. It is a colourful celebration that both kids and adults enjoy.
