Mexican food/snacks

Every Christmas we make tamales as a family and other traditional Mexican foods. Since my family moved to USA two generations ago we keep our culture alive through our family and food. In our neighborhood, an Elote man comes around and in English it translates to corn man. He sells Elote (corn) with melted butter, light mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and chile. He also sells Raspados, which is kind of like a snow cone.
