Traditional Sinhala and Tamil new year

The period of April is the greatest month of the year to talk about the customary Sri Lankan foods, inferable from the Sinhala/Tamil New Year festivity. On the promising day of the New Year, relatives lounge around a table, where the vast majority of the customary dishes are to be found. Conventional Sinhalese and Tamil New Year fall on the fourteenth of April consistently. The occasion is praised by the visionary estimation of which sun moves to asterism Mesha from asterism Meena, connoting another round of visits for the sun.
