Marching Band
In Texas, we take marching band VERY seriously. The band consists of a drumline, brass instruments, woodwind instruments, and drum majors (the ones who wave sticks in the air to keep us all together). Our marching season is from August to November, usually, and is VERY hot. During this season, we learn a show that has a theme and 2-3-4 parts that each have their own style of music. We play at every football game, every pep rally, and every competition. If you ever come to Texas, come see our bands! Friday night lights are the BEST :)
