The 4th of July (Independence Day)

On the 4th of July, we celebrate the last signing of the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration is a document that told everyone that America is its own country, not just a few colonies. We celebrate this by lighting fireworks after dark. We also wear red, white, and blue and relax with family and friends. Cookouts and Barbeques are also a typical celebration on the 4th.
