Doubles street food

Doubles is a street food popular among all people of Trinidad and Tobago. It comprises of two pieces of fried flour dough and a filling of curried chick peas or channa and served with various degrees of spicy sauces. It is a Trinbagonian staple and is eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
