This is like a fake national Holliday but it seems nobody outside of Ireland has heard of it. It’s very weird and a bit unneeded but due to nostalgia and the tradition of it, everyone in Ireland loves it! The late late toy show is an even that occurs every November on national tv in Ireland that just in theory, goes through the latest toys to give kids ideas for Christmas but it tends to be a lot more about the fact that’s it’s been going on for At least 50 years and most people associate it with home and family. It’s just a very happy event (although the premise has shifted a lot away from toys and more to it just occurring for nostalgia)
