Mardi Gras

For about 2 months there are carnivals of floats where people dress up and get food and gifts thrown. It’s a huge event here in Mobile al as the birthplace of Mardi Gras started here. There are a lot of fun traditions that correspond with the holiday and if you ever visit you’ll be surprised to see how big the party culture is.
