The Cornish Pasty

The national dish of Cornwall. My Nan (gran) could make 9 in an hour, and no plate was ever big enough to hold them. They were the size a mans sz 12 boot! When feeling posh, we sometimes eat them from plates with a side salad. But 9 times out of 10, eaten straight from a paper bag - old school! :)
