Fiestas de Calle San Sebastian

These fiestas (translates to parties) happen in the historically important area of the island in its capital, in what locals call Old San Juan. It was constructed in the 16th century and holds the home of much of our history as a Spanish colony (before being given to the USA in 1898). We celebrate the end of one of the longest holiday seasons in the world with theatre, dancing, lots of drinking and even more music.
