Maple Snow Candy

During winter festivals it’s common to find some lovely people selling frozen maple syrup! Affectionately called Snow Candy, the hot maple syrup is poured onto clean snow until it begins to solidify, and is then stuck to a popsicle stick for you to enjoy!
