York Minster

The Minster has existed in York since the 2nd Century - it stands at the heart of my city. Behind me is the statue of Emperor Constantine who ran the Roman Empire form York in 208. In 1984 its roof was struck by lightning and set on fire - causing the roof to collapse - which has now been restored.
