Peace palace and a long wall

In the Netherlands we have a "official" capital: Amsterdam and the political capital: The Hague. In The Hague there is a building called the palace of Peace. This palace houses the international Court of Justice. In The Hague we have many international courts, and it is mostly beneath sea level. Which is why we have dikes. These dikes stop water from overflowing two thirds of our country.
