Panagbenga Festival (Season of Blooming)

The Panagbenga Festival is a festival in my city wherein we celebrate the blooming flowers. Floats are made up of flowers for the parade and cultural attire are worn by people that are a part of the parade. It happens during February and is ended by a show of fireworks.
