Pani puri

One of my favouritessshhhtt Indian street food. My beloved pani puri! It has different names in different parts of the country - golgappa, puchka, gupchup. It consists of round, crisp and hollow puris, which are then filled with either a potato mash or chickpeas mash made with sauces, along with 2 flavoured waters - one which is made of mint and coriander and chilles, and the other which is sweet, made of tamarind or dates. Yummmm!
