Cologne Carnival

For the people of Cologne carnival season is even more important than Christmas. We dress up in colorful crazy costumes, join sing-alongs in local pubs and watch the parades all around the city. In the night before Ash Wednesday we burn the Nubbel, the scapegoat for everything that happend in the carnival season.
