The Vendée (my region) is famous for its brioche, even beyond its borders. For weddings, to sustain all guests around midnight, it is customary to provide a huge round brioche. Perfect to fill a little hunger with a good coffee. Yes, but not without having made it dance first! On a very catchy music.
