Carbonara is my favorite pasta

My favorite italian pasta: Carbonara. This one was prepared by my girlfriend Francesca with fresh ingredients bought by me: pecorino cheese, guanciale, black pepper, fresh eggs and thick spaghetti. We love to cook and eat Carbonara a least one Sunday every month.
