Boardwalk next to the beach

A boardwalk is a long wooden walkway next to a beach that comes alive in summer with amusement rides, carnival games, cotton candy, pizza, and various other fried street food. People flock there for a beach getaway and locals go there for something fun to do. In the evening there are often fireworks.
