Here in Argentina, we love asado, which is a kind of barbecue, cooked slowly with firewood. is a cool tradition and a delicious one. it is not only about eating meat, many of us are also vegans or vegetarians. You could cook anything... the tradition is about friends or family gathering together around the barbecue that here we call "parrilla". a lot of amazing moments are around asado... is a food made for sharing with love :)
