Tipping 20% for Any Service

When a worker at a business has given me service of any kind; [bartender, waitress, delivery, etc.] I always try to give them 20% of the cost of goods for them to keep personally. Minimum wage is insufficient in the USA and so I do this to help my fellow people in the community.
