Christmas in Georgia

In Georgia we celebrate Christmas on the 7th January. The night before Christmas, every Georgian family is in process of making "Guruli Ghvezeli" which is kind of bread filled with cheese and boiled egg. The word "Guruli" is something/someone from Guria, which is the region of Georgia. The part of this tradition also is lighting up candles and holding them while standing in front of the window, praying. People in Georgia says that the wish you are dreaming about while holding the candle in front of the window on the Christmas night will 100% come true.
