Kochkäse traditional dish

Kochkäse is a tradional dish from my area, the Odenwald (we also have our own dialect)So directly tramslated Kochkäse means cooking cheese/cooked cheeseWe either put it on Schnitzel (where it melts because of the heat of the meat) or onto a good bread with Musik(onions with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper) if you want. Optionally you can also add cumin. When it's cold Köchkäs has a consistency similar to pudding (but don't mix those teo up I did it once and ner again) and the color is similar as well.
